Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Product Specialist Partner Solutions Architect to lead how our top System Integrator partners develop deep expertise across Databricks priority products in EMEA. You will design and scale a partner-product specialist function, working with the EMEA Product Specialist team to drive adoption and value.

Reporting to the Director, Partner Field Engineering (EMEA), you will craft narratives, enablement programs and certification, and help partners deliver joint customer

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and depth in at least two priority products.
• Proven ability to build partner or field capability at scale: enablement, certification and community-building.
• Strong business-value and go-to-market instinct: translate technical depth into commercial positioning.
• Demonstrated thought leadership: authoring technical and business content and presenting to technical and executive audiences.
• At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or sales-methodology experience in a consumption model.
• Coding experience in Python, SQL, Java or Scala with hands-on data applications or AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Building the partner specialist community to the highest tier of product specialisation, including selection, upskilling and certification.
• Partnering with the EMEA Product Specialist team to connect enablement with live opportunities and adoption insight.
• Scaling specialist capacity through partners and creating joint customer value.
• Launching partner motions for major product releases to accelerate go-to-market.
• Authoring the technical and business narrative for partners and communicating it to external audiences.
