Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead the supplier management function. The role covers end-to-end supplier relations, governance and performance across multiple contracts, with travel across the UK to support delivery and improvement initiatives.

You will shape supplier management frameworks, embed governance, and drive efficiencies while ensuring value for money and high service levels for the Defence Estate contracts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement and commercial management.
• Track record in supplier relationship management and governance.
• Experience with tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationship with service partners and ensure commercial outcomes.
• Oversee supplier performance, KPIs and quality standards across contracts.
• Contribute to supplier frameworks, procurement governance and contract processes.
• Support tender activities, negotiations and contract changes; drive value for money.
