Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks a commercially focused Senior Partner Manager to lead supplier relationships across a national defence operations portfolio. The role covers sourcing, onboarding and developing strategic partners to meet KPIs, SLAs and cost targets.

This position requires experience in procurement, commercial governance and tender processes, with strong stakeholder collaboration across operational teams and suppliers. Travel within the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, commercial management or supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of supply chain governance and contract performance.
• Experience with tender processes and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and analyse performance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with service partners across VIVO.
• Source, onboard, manage and develop suppliers to deliver KPIs and SLAs.
• Support tender activities, supplier evaluations and contract changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-control across contracts.
