Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of contracts and partner with Contract Directors, operational leaders and HR Business Partners.

You will drive direct sourcing, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and shape workforce plans while delivering a high-quality recruitment service within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment in a complex organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Skilled in using MI to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across contract portfolio.
• Be the single Talent Acquisition contact for contracts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop contract-specific recruitment approaches aligned to priorities.
• Partner with the business to improve visibility of future workforce requirements.
• Provide recruitment reporting and insights on pipelines, risks and performance.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for recurring, critical roles.
• Drive direct sourcing and manage agency relationships to control costs.
