Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join the construction and procurement team on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will handle construction, procurement and commercial contracts matters, draft and review agreements, and provide day-to-day support to commercial and operational teams. This is a focused, interim position with a strict 3-month term and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Understanding of construction contracts and/or procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
