Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading construction and procurement business to appoint a Senior Paralegal on an interim basis. The role focuses on construction, procurement and commercial contracts, with the ability to embed quickly within the legal function.

Key responsibilities include supporting construction and commercial contract matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing procurement documents, and assisting with risk reviews and Records management for ongoing projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced Senior Paralegal or paralegal with senior responsibilities.
• Background in construction, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to work with non-legal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
