Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal for a construction and procurement focus on a 3-month fixed-term basis. You will support the legal team with contracts, procurement activities, and risk reviews.

Strong experience in construction, procurement or commercial contracts is essential, with the ability to work independently. You will liaise with non-legal stakeholders and help manage obligations, key dates and contract documentation, contributing to project delivery and compliance in

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Paralegal or seasoned Paralegal.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with non-legal stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
