Visualsoft is seeking a Social Media Account Director to own a portfolio of Social clients, bridging client goals with agency execution and driving ROI across multi-channel campaigns.

You will lead strategy, coordinate organic and paid social, creator programs, and community management while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media marketing or digital strategy, with agency account management or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multi-channel social media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Guide organic and paid social, creator programs, and community management.
• Analyse campaign data and report performance, optimise future strategies.
• Lead day-to-day client interactions as trusted advisor and strategic lead.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability by delivering ROI.
