Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms for a diverse client portfolio. You will influence strategy, test new ideas and drive growth for clients and the wider business.

You will work with specialists across digital channels, delivering insights, recommendations and strategic guidance to improve performance while collaborating with creative, strategy and other media teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of Paid Social metrics and objectives.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and curious mindset with a desire to test and learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Build, launch and maintain high-quality campaigns aligned with best practices.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts with support from senior team members.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse trends and implement optimisations.
• Test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and features.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand activity.
• Provide updates, recommendations and strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding of new clients.
• Support new business pitches and client onboarding when required.
