Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own and optimise Paid Social campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You’ll collaborate with specialists across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat to deliver strong performance and growth.

You will influence campaign strategy, test new ideas, and drive growth for clients and the agency. This role requires analytical thinking, proactive communication with clients, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of Paid Social metrics, optimisation techniques and objectives.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Build, launch and maintain high-quality campaigns aligned with best practices.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts with support from senior team members.
• Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement optimisations to hit KPIs.
• Test audiences, creatives, structures, bidding, and new platform features to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and support client objectives.
• Provide insightful updates, recommendations and strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and other media teams for integrated campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding of new clients.
