Job summary

Incubeta in London is seeking a Senior Social Manager to own the success of a portfolio of accounts, fuelling client growth through bespoke channel strategies on some of our largest clients. You will manage and develop junior team members, build strong client relationships, and lead strategy independently.

This role offers autonomy to shape how our social channel proposition evolves and drive both client growth and team development.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing large, complex client accounts in performance marketing.
• Able to build trusted, strategic relationships that drive retention and advocacy.
• Strong campaign management and QA discipline.
• Experience leading junior team members and OKR support.

Responsibilities

• Own and build long-lasting client relationships and communicate strategic outcomes.
• Manage campaigns, budgets, QA, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Forecast for existing clients using data sources and templates.
• Lead channel strategy and rollout across accounts with minimal input from others.
• Drive growth opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
