Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own and optimise paid media activity for a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on Paid Search with strong Google and Microsoft Ads know-how, while offering exposure to Paid Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You’ll work with specialists across digital channels, influencing strategy, testing ideas, and driving growth for clients and the business. Team collaboration and proactive learning are essential in this client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Supporting and, where appropriate, managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
• Taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts with guidance from senior team members.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive account growth.
• Monitoring performance trends, analysing results and solving challenges.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to clients for long-term growth.
• Supporting new business pitches and onboarding new clients.
