Qoves Inc. in London is hiring a hands-on growth marketer who owns paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok. You’ll build campaigns, allocate budgets, and optimize across international markets, with the US as a core focus.

You’ll partner with an in-house creative team, translate data into sharp briefs, and steer attribution with pixels, CAPI and UTMs while running fast, structured tests to drive strong ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience running paid social and paid search at scale.
• Proven track record managing large monthly budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Deep knowledge of attribution, pixels, server-side tracking, CAPI, UTMs.
• GA4 proficiency: building reports and analyzing funnel behaviour.
• Experience briefing creative teams from performance data.
• Strong testing discipline and ability to draw clear conclusions.
• Background in DTC brands or agencies with similar budgets.
