QOVES is seeking a highly analytical Graduate Growth & Performance Analyst to join our London team. You will work with growth and creative teams to plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, analysing data to guide budget allocation and growth strategy.

You do not need prior performance marketing experience; instead we value intelligence, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM field with at least 2:1.
• Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in technology, consumer behaviour and growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, launching and optimising digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify performance trends.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Help allocate advertising budgets across campaigns and markets.
• Present findings to the growth team and senior leadership.
