Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition & Growth) to join the Growth team. This hands-on role focuses on managing and scaling substantial paid budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, with a strong emphasis on CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.

The candidate will personally manage $300,000+ in monthly ad spend, drive campaign execution, testing and optimisation, and collaborate on international expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Direct control of at least $300,000 in monthly advertising spend.
• Proven track record of delivering improvements in CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work in a fast-paced international remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms.
• Own significant monthly media budgets with allocation and optimisation.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for scalable B2C acquisition.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback periods and act on insights.
• Lead creative testing and decide which concepts/audiences/campaigns to test or discontinue.
• Execute high-volume creative testing programmes to identify profitable opportunities.
• Scale successful campaigns across platforms, markets and customer segments.
• Analyse performance to improve acquisition efficiency and commercial returns.
• Optimise web funnels and subscription journeys to improve monetisation.
• Evaluate funnel performance and cohort economics to inform marketing decisions.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on data and growth priorities.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and platform restrictions when relevant.
• Use attribution/analytics tools to measure acquisition performance.
