Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Media Buyer for a fully remote role supporting a global wellness brand. You will own paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, analysing performance to drive revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams, continuously optimise spend, and produce in-depth reports that inform commercial decisions. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on platform expertise are essential.

• Experience in paid media/performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Understanding of how paid media drives revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns against commercial objectives.
• Monitor budgets and key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance.
• Test campaigns across audiences, creatives, messaging and bidding.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to drive performance.
• Produce detailed weekly/monthly campaign reporting with actionable insights.
• Explain outcomes and next steps in commercial terms.
