Job summary

Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec in London is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead scaling paid media across the UK and US. You will manage an external growth agency across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels to hit commercial objectives.

Own the measurement framework, set targets, and report performance to senior leadership while optimizing budgets and creative assets for growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Experience managing an external growth or paid media agency.
• Strong understanding of paid social and paid search (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Experience with GA4, Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working across the UK and US markets.
• Confidence analysing performance data and challenging reported results.
• Experience setting commercial targets and briefing/create reviews for creatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the external growth agency across paid media channels.
• Set and manage CAC, ROAS and budget targets and review performance.
• Review media strategies, plans and creative recommendations.
• Partner with the agency and internal creative team for performance-informed activity.
• Manage agency check-ins, performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Own measurement and attribution framework; ensure data is accurate.
• Cross-check agency reporting with internal analytics and e-commerce data.
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting across channels (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions).
• Translate data into recommendations for senior leadership and external partners.
• Support budget forecasting and media pacing using insights.
• Drive testing across funnel, offers, messaging and creative.
