• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Understanding of paid media impact on revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns against commercial objectives.
• Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Analyse performance by channel, campaign, audience and creative.
• Produce weekly/monthly campaign reporting with clear insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to identify winning creatives.
