Job summary

Valence School is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, term-time only). You will manage a defined paediatric caseload across education and residential settings, collaborating daily with education, nursing and therapy colleagues to support students’ physical development and independence.

The role offers strong clinical autonomy, opportunities for supervision of therapy assistants, and involvement in service development.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex paediatric needs and caseload management.
• Committed to ongoing professional development in HCPC standards.
• Ability to work independently within MDT.
• Experience supervising therapy assistants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined paediatric physiotherapy caseload across settings.
• Promote students' physical development, independence and participation.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to therapy assistants.
• Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.
