Job summary

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist for fixed-term, part-time maternity leave cover, based at Broomfield Hospital within the Children’s Therapy Service. You will lead an area of outpatient musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and/or rheumatology paediatric physiotherapy, working within a dynamic MDT to improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and rheumatology paediatric physiotherapy service.
• Manage your own complex caseload and work with the multidisciplinary team.
• Act as a specialist resource for colleagues in the management of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and rheumatological paediatric conditions.
• Inpatient, outpatient and clinic work may be involved as part of the role.
