Job summary

Valence School is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, term time only). You will support children and young people with complex physical and medical needs within a specialist school setting.

You will manage a defined caseload with senior autonomy, supervise therapy assistants, and contribute to service development, driving evidence-based practice in collaboration with education, nursing and care colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex paediatric needs.
• Confident managing a caseload independently.
• Committed to professional development per HCPC and CSP standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Contribute to students' physical development, independence and participation.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to therapy assistants.
