Our client is the UK's foremost charity dedicated to children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities. As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Children’s Support Assistants
• Ensure high-quality care delivery
• Create empowering environments for children and families
• Conduct assessments and care planning collaboratively with families
• Support team development and engage with research opportunities
• Manage staff performance and development
• Deputise for the House Manager when needed
