Main Duties:
The clinical fellow will work on the general obstetrics and gynaecology rota. This involves working a 1 in 8 on-call rota on the junior registrar rota (ST3-5), including:
During periods covering the Acute Gynaecology Unit, there may be weekends with AGU on-call duties. When not on call, daytime duties include antenatal, postnatal, and gynaecology ward rounds, clinics, theatres, and elective caesarean sections. The delivery suite is staffed by a junior registrar (ST3-5) and a consultant. The acute gynaecology unit is run by fellows between 0830 and 2100 daily. The fellow is also expected to attend weekly fetal monitoring training sessions.

This post requires a DBS check, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975.
Depending on experience, remuneration is per annum, pro-rata.
