Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK is seeking a Planning professional to join our Transportation team in the UK. You will support the PM/Director with project controls, progress data, and monthly reporting, ensuring KPI alignment and timely decision making.

A strong background in project control, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel, with experience coordinating stakeholders, is essential for success in a flexible, remote-friendly environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Project Control principles for major programmes.
• Experience facilitating multidiscipline meetings with large stakeholder groups.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting Project Manager/Director in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Help establish PMB and assist monthly progress data collation (time, cost, risk, quality).
• Support project management with specialist advice and technical knowledge to address delays and issues.
• Administer project control activities and audits of contractor data submissions.
• Ensure trend/forecast reporting and Baseline Change Management are aligned with budgets.
• Coordinate monthly performance reports for timely decisions and forecasting.
• Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.
