COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead a marquee hospitality project in Oxfordshire. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate culinary, logistics and staffing teams to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities

• Fully lead your event and be the key client contact.
• Plan operational activities with culinary, logistics and staffing teams.
• Deliver the event end-to-end including set up, build and break down.
• Source, book and manage external suppliers.
• Set project timelines and milestones to keep the project on target.
• Fully accountable for budget management.
• Lead the team and provide regular event updates and planning meetings.
• Handle event invoicing and reconciliation.
