Job summary

The THE.TEAM in London and surrounding areas seeks a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead on end-to-end experiential projects for a major supermarket brand. You will manage senior client relationships, craft strategy, present proposals, and oversee budgets from planning to on-site delivery.

• Experience in experiential or live events from planning to on-site delivery.
• Strong client-facing skills and account management experience.
• Proven ability to plan, budget, and manage complex projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders within agency and client teams.
• Comfort with fast-paced activations and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage senior client relationships and day-to-day management.
• Communicate with brand stakeholders and internal THE.TEAM teams.
• Shape project briefs, contribute strategy and creative thinking.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and craft compelling presentations.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines, on-site activations and reporting.
• Manage venue selection, health & safety paperwork, and partners.
• Ensure contract terms are understood and KPIs met.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and renewals.
