Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Event Manager or Senior Event Manager is required.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned events from brief to close, including planning, delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate venue sourcing, site inspections, supplier activity and event logistics.
• Provide excellent onsite service and manage changing client needs.
• Maintain budgets and provide regular financial updates to clients.
