CoCo Group is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major sporting and public events in Oxfordshire. The role requires managing large teams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on guest experience.

You will oversee budget control, supplier relationships, and stakeholder communications, working on-site at high-profile events while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a senior event management role within events catering & hospitality.
• Experience running large-scale, high-profile or temporary-build events with multiple moving parts.
• Commercial confidence with a track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.

• Lead the full lifecycle of your event or area of a larger event with accountability.
• Serve as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
