Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted advisor to critical infrastructure customers across Europe. You will translate business priorities into practical outcomes and help clients maximise the value of Dragos solutions and OT cybersecurity maturity.

This remote-first role requires strong relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 30% across Europe to support customer success and security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in OT/ICS environments (industrial control systems).
• Experience in security operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Ability to apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS 5Cs, CAF, and EU cyber resilience frameworks.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops, advisory engagements, and customer training.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and technical advocate for assigned accounts.
• Lead onboarding and adoption to maximise Dragos product value.
• Facilitate goal-setting workshops aligning platform capabilities with customer objectives.
• Guide operationalisation of use cases and integration into security workflows.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices to improve maturity.
• Monitor customer health and identify risks to value realization.
• Conduct regular account reviews and value discussions with stakeholders.
• Deliver enablement sessions and training to improve customer proficiency.
• Collaborate with CS, Support, Product, Services and Sales to ensure seamless experience.
• Travel across Europe up to 30% as required.
