Job summary

Dragos seeks a principal-level Product Advisor to guide the EU regulatory approach and NIS-2 alignment across our OT cybersecurity products. You will partner with product teams, customers, and regulators to shape roadmaps and demonstrate compliance posture for EU critical infrastructure operators.

You will also help position Dragos with EU authorities, defend go-to-market strategies, and mentor product managers, while traveling up to 25% for customer meetings and events to advance our EU market

Qualifications

• Direct experience in an OT environment with compliance or security products.
• Proven NIS-2 experience and understanding of EU member-state variations.
• Experience with regulated entities, authorities, or regulatory engagement in EU.
• Established relationships with EU critical infrastructure stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NIS-2 liability provisions and governance discussions.
• Knowledge of EU regulations like CRA and DORA and their interaction with NIS-2.
• 7+ years in building/maintaining enterprise security products.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to educate teams on EU compliance priorities and regulatory alignment.
• Willingness to travel around 25% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy for NIS-2 compliance across Dragos product teams.
• Capture and relay customer needs and operational challenges in EU OT contexts.
• Advise EU customers on how Dragos supports NIS-2 risk management and visibility requirements.
• Represent Dragos in EU industry forums and regulatory bodies to reinforce leadership in OT cybersecurity.
• Support Sales/Marketing in positioning Dragos for industry-specific NIS-2 needs and campaigns.
