Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role offers hybrid working and a generous pay rate up to £38 per hour on a full-time, 3-month contract.

You will deliver outcome-focused assessments for adults, perform moving and handling evaluations, and contribute to safe care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration. A HCPC-registered OT with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist in adult social care.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outcome-focused assessments for adults with disabilities.
• Perform complex moving and handling assessments in the Front Door Team.
• Evaluate physical dysfunction and equipment needs.
• Provide manual handling advice and care planning support.
• Collaborate with MDTs to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation.
