Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team in Maidenhead. You will lead outcome‑driven assessments for adults with physical disabilities, determining interventions and equipment needs to promote independence.

This on-site role requires HCPC registration and an OT qualification, with senior responsibilities within a supportive team. The position offers a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour and provides dedicated recruitment support throughout your

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience as OT, ideally in adult social care or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical dysfunction and manual handling.
• Experience assessing adults with physical disabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Senior-level experience is desirable.

Senior Occupational Therapist - Front Door Team

Location: London Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

Pay Rate: £40 per hour

Work Location: Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RF

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an outcome-focused assessment service to adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within adult social care or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical dysfunction, complex equipment provision and manual handling.
• Experience assessing adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs.
• Ability to undertake comprehensive, outcome-focused assessments and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Previous senior-level experience is desirable.
