Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team at Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. The role focuses on outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs, with senior-level responsibilities.

Based in Maidenhead, the post offers varied clinical caseload, multidisciplinary working, and opportunities to provide leadership and professional guidance within the team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience in adult social care or community OT.
• Experience with complex equipment and moving & handling.
• Ability to manage complex assessments and risk.

Responsibilities

• Complete outcome-focused OT assessments.
• Assess complex physical dysfunction and equipment needs.
• Undertake moving and handling assessments.
• Recommend equipment and support.
• Promote independence and positive outcomes for adults.
• Provide senior-level support and professional guidance within the team.
