Job summary

Senior OT Cyber Security role within SSE, leading security across transmission Projects across Scotland. You will define proportionate security requirements, embed secure-by-design in large capital and digital projects, and support testing and testing of controls.

50% of your week in Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness with occasional visits across Scotland. You will provide cyber security guidance with project teams, develop standards, use risk-based decisions, and help ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• OT cyber security experience; mindset essential: curious, accountable, collaborative, eager to learn.
• Understanding of OT networks, system design and cyber security in high-availability environments.
• Experience in security assurance, risk management or technical governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber security guidance and oversight with project teams and engineers to embed secure solutions.
• Develop and improve clear, proportionate security standards and documentation.
• Use risk-based decisions to balance business outcomes with security and resilience.
