Job summary
Jacobs seeks a Senior/Principal ecologist with a special interest in ornithology to join our award-winning ecology team across the UK. You will work with hydrologists, geomorphologists, engineers, planners and project managers to provide high-quality ecological advice and ensure ornithology is integrated into project teams.

Qualifications
- Experience leading ornithological surveys and providing expert advice to clients.
- Experience in terrestrial ecology and ecological reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead ornithological surveys and provide expert advice to clients.
- Support and contribute to a wide range of ecological surveys and project tasks.
- Assist with Environmental Impact Assessments and Habitats Regulations Appraisals.
- Work across the UK with some site work and occasional stays away from home.
- Write clear, concise reports with a high level of personal responsibility.
