Job summary

Alexander Lloyd Limited is seeking a Senior Oracle Payroll Implementation & Transition Lead. This home-based role involves occasional travel to London and demands leadership of payroll readiness, parallel runs, reconciliations, and an efficient operational transition for a high-profile project.

You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, collaborate with IT and external providers, and manage stakeholder expectations while guiding a small team to delivery within timescales.

Qualifications

• Payroll background with experience in large-scale system implementations.
• Experience with Oracle is highly preferred for this role.
• Experience handling payrolls of 20k+ employees is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across payroll readiness, parallel running, reconciliation, service acceptance and operational transition.
• Work closely with the IT support team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and challenge where necessary.
• Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert.
• Lead a small team and work with a larger team to deliver on time and accurately.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle with strong stakeholder and external provider engagement.
