Job summary

Berkeley Square IT is seeking an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Payroll, Rewards and Benefits to join our client’s team in the United Kingdom. You will guide Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, lead onshore and offshore delivery, and drive HR and Payroll process optimization.

The role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, including offshore teams, in a dynamic consultancy

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with Payroll and Rewards/Benefits focus.
• Ability to advise on HR process changes and HR system configurations.
• Experience leading client workshops and facilitating discussions.
• Hands-on delivery leadership of end-to-end workstreams including offshore teams.
• Background in a consultancy environment with pre-sales or BD involvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll and Rewards/Benefits solutions.
• Client engagement: run workshops and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Lead delivery of workstreams from design through testing to deployment.
• Coordinate offshore teams to configure, test and deploy modules.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing HR needs.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical insights to win opportunities.
