Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll, including monthly runs and adjustments.
• Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, and GL integrations.
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities including UAT
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors
• Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
• Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines

JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud) to manage end-to-end payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws)
• Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go‑live support
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors
• Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI
• Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines
