Qualificações

• Extensive Payroll Parallel Run and payroll transition experience.
• Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Expertise in payroll reconciliation, testing assurance and operational readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Payroll Parallel Run activities across a major ERP transformation programme.
• Act as the payroll authority, influencing delivery partners, stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Drive operational readiness, reconciliation, governance and service transition activities.
• Work on high-profile projects using ERP and payroll technologies.
• Have the autonomy to challenge, influence and make a genuine impact on delivery outcomes.
