Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant in Oracle HR Transformation to deliver transformative HR solutions for clients, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud and HR business transformation to align with strategic goals.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, gather requirements, shape solution design, and support business readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior consultants and pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll).
Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.
Proven ability to work in a matrixed organisation and to sell and deliver consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on HR, Oracle and industry best practices and operating models.
Leading and coordinating activities in readiness for and during the implementation of Oracle HCM from a business/HR perspective.
Gathering requirements, shaping solution design and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Building relationships with stakeholders and driving consensus across technical and business teams.
Supporting business readiness, change management and user adoption strategies.
Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team capability.
