Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Manager specializing in Finance Management with Shared Services experience to optimize clients' financial operations through Oracle Finance solutions. You will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations (HCM/ERP), design robust architectures, and guide transformation governance while mentoring a team of finance architects and consultants.

Hybrid working across UK offices is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM/ERP) for finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of shared services models and Oracle applications.
• Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to translate requirements into Oracle architectures for HCM/ERP.
• Oversee delivery teams ensuring technical integrity, performance and quality of Oracle implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle roadmap planning and integration strategies.
• Support business development through proposals, bids and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop teams of finance architects and consultants.
