Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant to lead functional design and delivery across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Talent Management for UK clients. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and partners to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

You will champion best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to pre-sales activities while staying current with Oracle Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field.
• Professional CIPD qualification desirable.
• Minimum 7 years Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• UK security clearance (SC) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Workforce Compensation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Configure or support configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and ensure successful integration.
• Collaborate with Integration Architects and OIC Developers on functional specs.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with processes and best practices.
• Act as liaison between business, functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Build relationships with HR, Payroll, Security, Reporting and Shared Services teams.
• Support client discussions with implementation partners and suppliers.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations and roadmap.
