Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for diverse client portfolios in the UK. You will partner with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end success across Core HR, Payroll, and Talent domains.

You will facilitate workshops, translate requirements into robust designs, and drive best practices while staying current with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across Core HR, Payroll, and Talent domains.
• Strong functional consulting background with deep HCM process knowledge.
• Experience with multi-supplier environments and complex transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across multiple HR workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure or support configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and ensure integrations.
• Review technical designs to align with business processes and best practices.
• Act as liaison between business, functional, technical and integration teams.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to bid responses and proposals.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations and share best practices.
