Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient performance.
• Lead, develop and motivate supervisors, team leaders and wider operational teams.
• Drive productivity, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and service-level agreements, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage labour planning, resource allocation and operational costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, inventory control and warehouse organisation.
• Build strong working relationships with the customer, ensuring expectations are met.
