You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, leading management teams and ensuring service levels, productivity and operational standards are consistently achieved.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar senior warehouse leadership role.
• A strong background in logistics, warehousing or distribution, ideally within a 3PL environment.
• Experience managing large teams through supervisors and team leaders.
• A proven track record of achieving operational KPIs and improving productivity.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, warehouse processes and operational compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience within fashion, apparel, retail or e‑commerce logistics would be advantageous.
• A hands‑on approach, with the ability to make decisions and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
