Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Associate – Training to strengthen operational excellence across our Specialty business. You will design and deliver impactful training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation.

You’ll coordinate onboarding and major change initiatives, ensuring colleagues are equipped with knowledge to succeed. This role focuses on clear communication and effective induction programs across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or coordinating training in operational, risk, compliance or insurance environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and policy governance.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training across the Specialty business.
• Coordinate onboarding and learning pathways for new joiners.
• Develop induction programmes and move-learning content forward.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion and engagement.
• Support rollout of system changes and major change initiatives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and address training needs.
• Promote awareness of key policies, controls and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure consistency of training approach across units.
• Drive continuous improvements to training content and delivery.
