Job summary

Anglian Water is recruiting a Senior Operations Technician to join the new Proactive Screens Team. You will plan and coordinate maintenance across treatment works and pumping stations, lead by example, and improve reliability and safety of water recycling assets.

Work closely with suppliers and contractors to optimise spares, coach field teams, and manage workloads while reducing backlogs. A strong mechanical/electrical/engineering background and NVQ/C&G Level 3 are essential, along with a full

Qualifications

Full driving licence.
Strong mechanical/electrical/engineering background with NVQ/C&G Level 3 qualifications.
Demonstrate awareness of Health and Safety in an operational environment.
Ability to adapt communication to a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
Willing to work in confined spaces and at height; HAV checks may be required.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate maintenance across treatment works and pumping stations.
Lead by example, provide technical expertise and support technician development.
Drive reliability and safety of water recycling assets with a proactive approach.
