Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Registered Manager to take accountability for a domiciliary care service in Orpington. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC registration and compliance, and drive quality and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, and a hands-on, proactive approach. Salary £45,000-£50,000 plus performance bonus, full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in domiciliary/home care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care.
• Experience delivering compliance and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the domiciliary service.
• Lead care and office teams and recruit staff.
• Ensure CQC registration and compliance.
• Manage rotas, risk assessments, audits and quality assurance.
