Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy stepping up.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record with Local Authority contracts.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the domiciliary service and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, support and develop staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners.
• Manage rotas, budgets and performance monitoring.
• Drive service growth while upholding high standards.
