Our client, a national affordable housing organization, is seeking a Senior Operations Property Manager to join their expanding property services team. The role involves managing and leading a team of surveying staff to oversee their affordable housing portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering regional repairs, voids, planned investment, and major works programs, ensuring they meet targets and standards for revenue, cost, quality, and time, aligned with the organization’s strategy.
This role includes overseeing contractor performance, managing complex contractor relations to increase value for money, and managing a multi-disciplinary surveying team over a wide geographical area. It is primarily home-based with occasional meetings.
